Rat Tail

If you're friends with me on Facebook, then you know...Hadley has a rat tail.  It can go unnoticed in person if you aren't really looking for it.  So of course, I've been documenting it with photos.

I think this was one of the first photo's I ever took of the glorious rat tail.

Then I took one when it was dry. It's a little harder to see but still there.

The next two pictures were taken just this weekend.

I mean look at it...just floating around in the water! Unbelievable. 

It really is only about 10 hairs that make up this rat tail. I can't tell you HOW MUCH I want to cut it off.  I keep thinking those 10 tiny hairs will just fall out but, so far...the rail tail is here to stay.

So when the urge to trim it becomes too much, I just look at her cute face instead.
