Finally!

Well, I think I can say with confidence that Hadley is cutting her first tooth and we are pumped! I feel like we've been on first tooth watch for months! I thought I felt something at 9 months, 10 months, but now I really do feel something and I've even seen a tiny bit of it! Hopefully the late arrival of these teeth means stronger teeth! Fingers crossed! I really hope she gets her dad's teeth because we're in trouble ($$$$$) if she gets mine!!

In addition to cutting a tooth today, we went to church where Hadley demanded (more than once) to be heard and seen! Lucky for us, nobody seemed to mind. Also, even though she got her own communion bread, she tried to steal mine! We definitely have some church manners to learn and master.

Other than that we spent the day playing, walking, napping, eating, and visiting. It was a great day!

Fun Day

Hadley had a great day today. She shared a snack with Bella and Cane, played with her dad, went swimming, discovered that an ear of corn is great to chew on, had dinner at Windy Corner, and went to bed!

Walking like crazy!

We have a walker, ladies and gentlemen. Hadley is full on walking...all the time! Here are some pictures and I realize some are blurry but that's just proof of how fast she's moving!

The beginning stages of dress up??

The other morning Hadley had fun with one of her dad's necklaces. I have to admit, it looked pretty cute on her!

Home

We went away for the weekend and left Hadley back home with Mimi and Poppy. We had a great weekend but it was nice to get home.

It's a new day

As we inch towards Hadley's first birthday, we're trying to make some changes.  I've been told that you're supposed to take the bottle away at one year.  So, I bought some big sippy cups for her to use instead.  Now, I'm not really sure how they are that different but, whatever. She doesn't seem to care so I'm happy.

Cane wasn't really feeling it this morning...

So, Hadley tried to help ease him into his day.

But, Bella didn't really need (or want) her help.

I hope this face helps you start your day off right!
