Vacation-Day 8

This was our final, full day on vacation. Hadley enjoyed it with fruit loops, juice, and cartoons.  

Then she played while some of us went into Savannah for a pralines run. Once we got back, it was almost lunch time. Hadley decided to enjoy her last day poolside. 

Which included a lunch served while she was in the pool. 

Then she laid out in the buff to avoid tan lines. I'm kidding, of course. This only lasted for a minute. 

Afterwards, she took a bath, got ready for bed, ate dinner, and did nothing to help pack up except go to sleep.

Vacation-Day 7

Day 7 began with homemade breakfast burritos that Hadley enjoyed while watching some cartoons. 

Then she played for a bit...

...and watched a black bird catch a lizard for breakfast. 

Then we got dressed to swim...

...which didn't last long. Hadley instead enjoyed herself at the playground again. 

She apparently got over her dislike for sand. 

Then she got to ride a pony!

Once she returned back to the house she was hot and tired. She decided to cool down by watching some cartoons and having a snack in the buff. 

Then she took a bath and played with some play doh until dinner. 

We capped off the night the best way we knew how which was with gelato!

Vacation-Day 6

The morning started with coloring pictures for everyone. 

Then coloring some for herself. 

After that it was pool time until lunch. 

Followed by ice cream...

...and lizard hunting. 

Then more pool time...and then a nice, long afternoon nap. 

Followed by some tv watching and dinner. Then we put on our pajamas and gave goodnight kisses...

...and went to bed. 

Vacation-Day 5

Yesterday, we had a slow start. For Hadley that meant taking it easy on the couch with some gummy snacks. 

Then we got dressed in our bathing suits but Hadley didn't feel much like swimming. So instead, this is how she preferred to spend her day...watching videos. 

And that's pretty much what she did all day until we cleaned up to go have a picnic at the beach.  But before we left, we had another dance party. 

Once at the beach, I was holding my breath that she would actually go on the beach. Turns out...she "loves the sand!" 

We ate dinner, took lots of pictures, and called it a night. 

Vacation-Day 4

Day 4 started off much the same as the day before. Some cartoons, Play Doh, and breakfast. 

Then some of us went to the beach for a while and enjoyed a picnic. 

And some of us don't like the beach and stayed back at the pool. That way everyone got what they wanted!

Then after a full day of fun, we cleaned up and went out to dinner in Harbour Town. 

And much to Hadley's delight there was a playground. 

But she soon determined that she does not like sand in her shoes. 

Thus the need to have to carry her from slide to slide. 

Then we rocked for a few...

...checked out some boats...

...took some pictures...

...and had some dinner. 

Then we came back and had a birthday party for Nana! Hadley got hyped up on chocolate cake and strawberry ice cream and was a wild woman for a bit. 

Then we got ready for bed and crashed.
