Just good ol' fashion fun

So far, I'm really enjoying the 1 year old phase.  Hadley is a lot of fun and like I've said before, non stop!

So, the other day we were playing in the guest room and we played this little game (as seen in the video below) over and over and over again.  No kidding, like at least 20 times.

I mean, I'll play the game forever as long as I can see this sweet, happy face!

Busy Body

I don't have many pictures to share today.  This girl was on the move last night and this morning so these are the only pictures that aren't completely blurry.  Enjoy!

And here she is "reading" a book on the dog's bed.

Non-Stop Action

Now that Hadley is a pro at walking, she is non-stop.
But she still takes time to sit and read a book.

And she makes time for the important things, like kissing and hugging Cane.

That's her way of kissing.

Cane doesn't actually "kiss" her back.

And now that the guest bedroom is finished...

...Hadley likes to play in there.

We're playing peek-a-boo behind the bed.

With all this action, we also have to take time for the all important bath!

So we can be pretty and clean for more pictures!

Hadley's Last 1st Birthday Party (I Promise)

Hadley had her last 1st birthday party yesterday.  She celebrated it with her good friend Max who will be 1 year old very soon.

Here are some of the highlights:

The cakes

The buffet of puffs (a BIG hit with Hadley!)

The birthday girl and her mama.

We got to love and hold sweet, little Sam!

The birthday babies enjoyed opening presents.

Hadley also had fun playing with a balloon while I opened her presents but that's to be expected.

Cake time!

Here she is going in for the kill.

After

And once again, Hadley let us know the party was over.

So we "quickly" took pictures of the little kids:

(I know, I know...Hadley is not playing nice!)

While Hadley is manhandling Beckett, Max is trying to make a quick getaway, and sweet, little Sam is just chilling.

It was a great party! A BIG thanks to Max's parents for hosting it!
