Disney! Day two

The second day started off with a stick to your ribs, carb heavy breakfast.

Hadley wanted to set the table for us and she did a great job.

Once breakfast was complete, we were off to Animal Kingdom!

Here we are waiting for our bus at the bus stop and we aren't excited about Animal Kingdom at all.

Once there, we hit the ground running.

(I took this photo in part to document that we went to Africa but also to capture the gloriousness that is that long man braid.)

Hadley loved all the fish and birds. We spent a lot of time in this particular section much to her delight.

Then we went on a "safari" in this truck!

It was fun and we got to see lots of animals wandering around.

Then we stopped to grab a snack and chase the birds.

We literally stumbled upon Mickey and Minnie! Here is Hadley waiting in the shortest line ever to meet them.

And here they are!

While they were signing autographs for us, Hadley decided it would be prime opportunity to ham it up for the camera.

After that, we made our way around to some more attractions and saw the Tree of Life. The afternoon sun was getting to us and we were all in favor of going back to the hotel and resting for a bit.

So we said so long to Animal Kingdom.

These are the decorative Mickey ears that Hadley picked out for our Magic Bands.

After we rested for a bit we went to dinner.

Hadley wanted chicken noodle soup and veggies and dip.

Shrimp and grits for me.

Prime rib for Josh.

It was all so good. Our server brought Hadley a toy...and it was a light up Tinker Bell!

That bought us at least 10-15 more minutes to enjoy our dinner.

Then dessert! Make your own sundae! It was a huge hit.

Then we went to the bathroom to change our sundae stained shirt and we were off to Epcot!

We road a fun ride.

Hadley loved watching all the fish in the aquarium.

And all the people swimming around in there too!!

We enjoyed Turtle Talk with Crush the sea turtle from Finding Nemo. He was really funny!

We admired the lights and water feature and decided we had one tired girl on our hands...

...or lap, once we got on the bus.

We made it back to the hotel room and crashed.
